Joyworks Counseling LLC is committed to bringing  restoration and healing to families by delivering professional mental health care services that help create safety, offer hope, and increase joyful connections within relationships.

 

I opened Joyworks Counseling LLC in Fairhope in January 2020 as my individual counseling practice for children and teens. As the demand for services quickly increased to a level that was beyond what I could manage alone, I was soon aware of the need for more providers of quality mental health services for young people in the growing Baldwin County area. In September 2021, I expanded Joyworks into a group therapy practice in hopes of serving even more young children, adolescents, and their parents.

 

Many of the wonderful practictioners in our area who started at Joyworks now work as my "Referral Partners" in their own independent practices that neighbor the Joyworks office, and I am back to solo practice. Each of my Referral Partners have received extensive specialized training in Play Therapy and in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Development. I am thrilled to be able to partner with them to ensure we are able to accommodate the needs of prospective clients. Information to contact them directly can be found on the TEAM  page.
